Terms and Conditions

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 

  1. THE PROMOTER
    1. Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ. Registered in England No. 517211.
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) 18 years or over only, except:
      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
    2. Internet access required.
    3. Purchase necessary.
    4. Maximum of 1 entry per receipt. Maximum of 1 Cinema Ticket bundle per person. 
  3. THE PROMOTION
    1. The title of the promotion is the Asda ‘BIG NIGHT IN GETS YOU A BIG NIGHT OUT’
    2. The Promotional Period will open 08:00 on 08/12/2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 04/02/2026 (the “Closing Date”) each day of the Promotional Period.  All promotion entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. The promotion is open for 9 weeks in total. Monday – Sunday Weeks 1 – 8 and Monday – Wednesday for week 9.
      1. The weekly Draw Dates are due to be conducted as follows:
        1. Week 1: From 08:00 08.12.25 - 23:59 14.12.25  Draw date: 15.12.25
        2. Week 2: From 08:00 15.12.25 – 23:59 21.12.25  Draw date: 22.12.25
        3. Week 3: From 08:00 22.12.25 – 23:59 28.12.25  Draw date: 05.01.26
        4. Week 4: From 08:00 29.12.25 – 23:59 04.01.26      Draw date: 05.01.26

    3. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
    4. All participating products of ‘£10 Pizza Counter Meal Deal’ bought in Asda stores in GB are valid products for participation in the promotion Include:
      1. Drink Products: Pepsi Max No Sugar 1.5L, Pepsi 1.5L, Pepsi Max Cherry No Sugar 1.5L, 7UP Zero Sugar Free Lemon & Lime Bottle 1.5L and Tango Orange Original 1.5L.
      2. Sides Products: ASDA Italian Style Arrabbiata Arancini, ASDA 12 Garlic Dough Balls, ASDA Garlic Mushrooms, ASDA Cheesy Loaded Nachos, ASDA Spicy Potato Wedges and ASDA 10 Mozzarella Sticks.
      3. Large Pizza Products: The Cheesy One Large Deep Pan Pizza, ASDA The Meaty One Large Thin Stonebaked Pizza, ASDA Simply Pepperoni Large Thin Stonebaked Pizza, ASDA The Cheesy One Large Thin Stonebaked Pizza, ASDA Simply Pepperoni Large Deep Pan Pizza, ASDA The Veggie One Large Deep Pan Pizza, ASDA The Meaty One Large Deep Pan Pizza, ASDA The American Style Sizzler Large Deep Pan Pizza, ASDA The Veggie One Large Thin Stonebaked Pizza, ASDA The American Style Sizzler Large Thin Stonebaked Pizza, ASDA BBQ Pork Large Deep Pan Pizza and ASDA BBQ Pulled Pork Large Thin Stonebaked Pizza.
    5. Participating stores are any Asda stores that displays the ‘BIG NIGHT IN GETS YOU A BIG NIGHT OUT’ marketing material housing the promotional QR code to be scanned for entry.
    6. A Wrap-Up Draw will take place on 26/02/2026 to allocate any remaining prizes that remain unclaimed at the end of the Promotional Period. Eligible entries will include all entries received during the Promotional Period that did not result in a winning moment. Winners will be selected at random.
    7. Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
    8. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) or multiple handsets, multiple aliases to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that entrant's entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
    9. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or invalid entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
    10. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
  4. ENTRY PROCESS
    1. To enter, during the Promotional Period, purchase a Carlsberg Britvic 1.5L product, two large pizza products and one side as part of the ‘£10 Pizza Counter Meal Deal’ Asda Promotion from a participating Asda store and retain your proof of purchase.
    2. Scan the QR code on promotional marketing material in Asda stores or visit www.pepsibignightin.com and upload receipt, first name, last name, email address and county of residence in the relevant fields on the entry form during the Promotional Period.
    3. Entries will be entered into the Prize Draw ‘Pending Receipt Verification’.
  5. THE PRIZE
    1. There are 270 Cinema Ticket bundle prizes available to be won across the Promotional Period.
    2. The Cinema Ticket bundles include: 4 x Vue Pass VIP Voucher codes
    3. The Cinema Ticket bundle will be issued directly to winner’s supplied email address within 14 days of the Weekly Draw Date outlined. The Cinema Ticket bundles will expire within 12 months from the Weekly Draw Date outlined email being sent.
    4. Valid for one ticket and must be used at the time of exchange.
    5. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
    6. Valid for a single use only and cannot be reinstated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel you booking).
    7. Not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events, and alternative/special showings including Mini Mornings, Senior friendly, Autism friendly, and Scene screenings.

      1. To book your Vue E-Codes online, follow the simple steps below:
      2. Visit www.myvue.com, select cinema, then select time and film, and your seats.
      3. Click "Add a Voucher" and enter the Vue E-Code where it says "Enter code or CEA number" box. Click "ADD" to apply discount.
      4. Repeat step 2 to add all Vue E-Codes.
      5. Click "DONE" to return to the booking summary and click "REVIEW AND PAY" to complete booking.
    10. The prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents (the “Prize Provider”): Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Ct Ln, Leeds LS2 7EU. Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ.
    11. Subject to 7.1. the Promoter shall have no liability in relation to any prize provided by a third-party provider.
    12. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternate prize or compensation in whole or in part.
    13. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  6. WINNER SELECTION
    1. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period for each corresponding mechanic as stated in clause 3.3.
    2. The Prize Draw, will be allocated via a secure, independently verified random process.
      1. All entries who uploaded a valid receipt upon completing the entry form will be entered into the prize draw.
    3. The Promotor will manually check receipts to validate purchase, before any prizes are delivered.
  7. PRIZE DELIVERY
    1. The Cinema Ticket bundles will be issued directly to winners via the email address supplied on entry within 28 days of being notified of the Weekly Draw Date Outlined.
    2. Winner’s receipts will be verified by the Promotor before prizes are Confirmed.
    3. If any Prizes are undelivered due to inaccurate details the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
    4. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
  8. WRAP-UP DRAW
    1. For all unclaimed prizes, a wrap-up draw will take place on the 26/02/26 (the “Draw Date”). This will be via a randomised computer process.
    2. All eligible unsuccessful entries received in the Promotional Period will be entered into the wrap-up draw.
    3. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the Draw Date and will be required to respond within 14 days of this initial notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize by providing a copy of their purchase receipt. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, does not claim their prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  10. DATA PROTECTION
    1. The Promoter will make available a list of main prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the Closing Date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure is limited in scope by contacting britvicteam@getsavvy.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing britvicteam@getsavvy.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
    2. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to its third-party agency, Savvy Marketing, for the purposes of administering the promotion. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: http://www.britvic.com/privacy.
      1. Data will be stored for 3 months following the Closing Date of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to britvicteam@getsavvy.com.
      2. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. 
  11. GENERAL 
    1. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and accepting their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
    2. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
    3. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
    4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
    5. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
    6. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
    7. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.
